I built White Reflections with the belief that no two celebrations should ever feel the same. Every story is different, every couple is different, and I’ve always believed that what we create for them should be just as unique.
For me, it has never been simply about creating beautiful décor. It is about understanding the people we are designing for their personalities, their stories, the things they love and translating all of that into a celebration that feels unmistakably theirs.
Over the years, White Reflections has grown, evolved and taken on celebrations of different scales and styles, but the heart of what we do has remained the same. We approach every event with curiosity, creativity and an obsession for detail. I want our work to feel thoughtful and original, while still carrying the warmth and emotion that make celebrations truly memorable.
More than anything, I want people to walk into a space we've created and feel something. Because long after the flowers are gone and the celebration is over, it is the feeling, the memories and the experience that remain.

DINESH SAMUEL
If it needs to exist, Dinesh will figure out how to build it.
Part production mastermind, part problem-solver, and occasionally a professional firefighter (the metaphorical kind), Dinesh is the man behind everything that actually happens on site.
From managing teams and vendors to turning our slightly unreasonable creative ideas into reality, he somehow keeps the chaos organised and the rest of us sane.
Basically, we dream it. Dinesh figures out how on earth to make it happen.
DESIGN HEAD
SUGANYA
The brain behind the beautiful madness.
Suganya takes wild ideas, impossible Pinterest references, half-finished sentences and the occasional.
“I don’t know what I want, but I’ll know it when I see it" and somehow turns them into actual design.
As our Design Head, she’s obsessed with the details most people wouldn’t even notice. Colours, proportions, textures, that one flower sitting three inches too far to the left, she sees it all.
Basically, if Dinesh figures out "how we’re going to build it", Suganya makes sure "it’s actually worth looking at"
DIGITAL MARKETING HEAD
ASHAR
Making sure the internet knows we exist and look damn good doing it.
Ashar is the brain behind our digital world. From campaigns and content to figuring out what the algorithm wants from us this week, he makes sure White Reflections shows up in all the right places.
Part strategist, part storyteller, part professional algorithm negotiator because apparently creating beautiful weddings isn’t enough. We also need to convince Instagram about it.
HEAD OF STAFF
POOJA
The person keeping the people, plans and Jenny organised.
As Head of Staff and Jenny’s right hand, Pooja sits right in the middle of everything keeping the team aligned, priorities in check, meetings on track and making sure things actually move from *“we should do this”* to *“done.”*
She’s organised, sharp, ridiculously dependable and has mastered the very specific skill of understanding what Jenny means from approximately half a sentence.
Think of her as the bridge between Jenny’s 47 ideas a minute and the rest of the world.
SENIOR DESIGNER
VAANMATHI
The one we go to when the idea needs to be a little crazy.
Vaanmathi is our Senior Designer, resident creative powerhouse and, yes, unapologetically one of Jenny’s favourites. Give her a strange reference, an ambitious idea or something that has never been done before, and she’ll happily disappear into design mode and come back with something brilliant.
She understands the White Reflections aesthetic instinctively, isn’t afraid to experiment, and has a knack for turning wildest ideas into designs that somehow make perfect sense.
She’s awesome at being exactly who she is a little crazy, incredibly creative, and very, very good at what she does.
KISHORE
PRODUCTION LEAD
The guy who doesn’t believe in “we can’t.”
Kishore is our Production Lead and one of those people who simply figures things out. Throw him a site challenge, a last-minute change or a problem nobody quite knows how to solve, and he’s already three steps into finding a way around it.
He’s hands-on, quick-thinking and a proper go-getter less talking about the problem, more getting on with fixing it.
Basically, when things get complicated, Kishore gets interested.
NANDHA
SOURCING & PRODUCTION LEAD
The King of Sourcing. And yes, he earned the title.
Nandhu is our Sourcing & Production Lead and the person we call when we need to find something that apparently doesn’t exist. Give him a picture, a vague description, or even a *“we saw this somewhere once…” and somehow, he’ll track it down.
Beyond his sourcing superpowers, he’s equally at home in the madness of production figuring things out, coordinating on ground and making sure what we imagined actually finds its way to site.
Basically, if Nandhu can’t find it, we’re fairly convinced it doesn’t exist.
RUPESH
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
The new guy who clearly didn’t get the memo about taking it slow.
Rupesh may be one of the newer faces on the production team, but he came in ready to learn, question, understand and get things moving. He’s proactive, sharp and has a habit of keeping everyone on their toes in the best possible way.
He’s curious about how things work, eager to take on more and definitely not someone who waits around to be told what to do.
A smart cookie with plenty to learn and absolutely no intention of learning it slowly.
SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE
MONICA
Still learning the algorithm. Already judging our content.
Monica is our Social Media Trainee curious, creative and currently learning the wonderfully chaotic art of making White Reflections look just as good online as it does in real life.
From content and reels to trends, ideas and everything happening behind the feed, she’s learning fast, experimenting constantly and bringing a fresh pair of eyes to the team.
New to the game, quick on the uptake, and definitely one to watch.
